We will offer you a full refund or an exchange. Requests for refunds/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase (in the case of an in-store purchase) or dispatch (in the case of an online order) without any quibble.
Full refund includes the cost of the item returned as well as the initial shipping cost. Please note that we will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is because of our error. Otherwise you will have to cover that cost, unless you are able to bring the item back to the store.
