• Keemun

    • £5.20

Keemun is a black tea that is naturally low in caffeine. As a result, this superb tea can be enjoyed later in the day. The name “Keemun” comes from the colonial English spelling for “Qimen”, the County in the AnHui province of China from where this tea comes. The AnHui province is famous for its green teas. During the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) techniques for producing black tea were brought from the southern Fujian province. Due to its wonderfully balanced flavour, Keemun has now become one of the most sought-after Chinese black teas.
