      A famous intense green tea from AnHui province in China, produced since the Song Dynasty (960-1280). Ding Gu Da Fang is named after the Buddhist monk (Da Fang) who developed its unique harvesting and processing. It has large folded leaves that reveal small streaks of black when they unfurl.

    This is a wonderful strong green tea in a class of its own. Ding Gu Da Fang has an incredibly luscious crisp green and chestnut-like taste. Its grassy bouquet hints of fresh cut flowers and toasted brioche.


    Water temperature: 75 – 80˚C

    Infusion time: 2 – 4 minutes
