      Chun Mee is a popular green tea from the Jiangxi Province in China. It is steamed. The budding leaves are then hand rolled into thin needle shapes with a slight curve (leading some to call it “eyebrow tea”).
      This is the tea you are most likely to encounter in the streets of Hong Kong, and it is a great all round Chinese green tea.

    Water temperature: 75 – 80˚C
